These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zunoki. website. Our products are licensed to businesses under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement governs. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, Zunoki. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the material on this website, and in the software we license. A licence gives a business the right to use that software for its own business; it does not transfer ownership of it.

The records a business puts into our software, and the records it produces, belong to that business. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not use them to train models for anyone else, and a customer's data is never shared with another customer.
On termination, a business can take its records with it in a format it can read without us.
Our products can run on a customer's own premises, in a customer's own cloud account, or hosted by us. Which of those applies, and the responsibilities that come with each, are set out in the agreement rather than here.
The material on the Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Zunoki. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Zunoki. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if Zunoki. or a Zunoki. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The material appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zunoki. does not warrant that any of the material on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Zunoki. may make changes to the material contained on the Service at any time without notice.
Zunoki. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zunoki. of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Zunoki. may revise these Terms of Service for the Service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zunoki. operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
